After going to several places (2 Toyota dealers and bmw dealerships denying service all together) to fix my Supra and not getting any answers, not having my car for over a week and the run around on why the engine light was on, my boyfriend found this place while researching online. The customer service was amazing, and we appreciated Russel's honest and up front updates, contacting my warranty place, and getting my car back to me in 2 days as good as new! It was nice to get my car fixed. It was a pleasure to deal with a place and someone that didn't give us the run around and actually knew what they were doing.

It's been six months since I received a car from here and I waited to leave a review to ensure the vehicle I bought was Reliable And it has been. I love going to a place like this because the owner usually has good taste in vehicles and can find fully loaded vehicles that are in good condition. Like any dealer, you need to be good with negotiating your price? All in all, I think this is the best way to purchase a vehicle if you like nice cars. Friendly and fast service. 2017 Porsche Cayenne platinum edition

Two weeks ago, I had my first car wreck. It was terrifying. I expected car repairs would be just as terrifying and stressful. But going to European Motorwerks was honestly the best choice I made. What could've been an awful experience dealing with car repairs and insurance was honestly so smooth. My wreck broke a CV joint; I couldn't shift gears; and my wheel was bashed into my car... not to mention that my car was already leaking too much oil. The people at European Motorwerks were really patient with me, and let my car sit in their lot (for an unforgiveable duration) while I sorted insurance. I was just really blessed by their customer service/professionalism. European Motowerks was also really quick to fix my car - they communicated clearly - and sent reports to me so that I knew what they were dealing with. Since I've gotten my car back, it drives better than it did before I wrecked it. Two pictures display the wheel bashed into my car - and one shows after it was fixed.

I just moved to Austin & had major suspension issues with my BMW X5. I didnt know anyone & as a single woman I didn't want to be taken advantage of. A colleague recommended European Motorwerks. I called & Russell was amazing! I brought in the car & in the same day he identified the issue & did a full diagnostic (at my request). He called giving me options on how i wanted to handle the suspension issue vs. telling me I had to replace everything. He provided me a detailed cost breakdown too. He ordered the parts & had my car ready the next day! The price was extremely reasonable and even came in slightly below the estimate. Russell was fair, honest & communicated every step of the way. I will be coming here for everything I need for my car! Thanks to Russell & the entire team at European Motorwerks!

I bought a used Mercedes-Benz last year knowing I’d have to pay up for those every 10k check ups. Go to the dealership and you’ll pay at least $300 or $400 more. Go here and they do a good job, provide you with the records you need to keep your extended warranty valid, and I was able to drop it off at 8:30 and pick up by 2pm. It was the easiest experience ever. Are there cheaper options? Yes. But I did my research and chose to go with a slightly higher price that still saved me money, knowing that I need immaculate records and honest people working on my car.
