I recently had my 2023 Audi A4 B9.5 45 TFSI Quattro at European Service Center for a fairly involved performance build, and overall I'm very happy with the end result. The project included a Wagner Competition intercooler, high-flow catted downpipe, Milltek Road+ cat-back exhaust, suspension adjustments, and troubleshooting several unexpected fitment issues that came up along the way. I'd especially like to thank: Anthony for coordinating the project and working through several unforeseen challenges. Kenneth for the exhaust, intercooler, and downpipe installation. Everything ended up fitting correctly with no permanent modifications to the Milltek system, which was important to me. Brandon for dialing in my ST XA coilovers and ride height. He took the time to fine-tune the rake and stance exactly how I wanted it. This wasn't a simple bolt-on job. Several aftermarket parts turned out to have inaccurate fitment information from the manufacturers, and the team worked through those issues instead of forcing parts that didn't belong on the car. Communication could have been better during the process, especially on longer projects where parts, vendors, and manufacturers are involved. A few proactive updates would have reduced a lot of uncertainty. That said, the quality of the workmanship ultimately speaks for itself. If you're looking for a shop that understands German performance vehicles and is willing to work through difficult installations rather than take shortcuts, I'd recommend giving them a call. I had a wonderful experience despite the stress of the situation. I have a Tesla and this shop was one of few recommended for independent repairs outside the T Service Centers. James was great from the start to finish. He answered my questions and his team was great in explaining the issue. The cost was steep but I may have made out slightly cheaper than the Tesla Service center in the end. Highly recommend them. Great and honest group of guys and they won’t scam you.
