Eurotech really lives up to their reviews. It’s clean, the service is amazing, and pricing is fair. Rafael is wonderful! Will definitely be using euro tech from here on out. 10/10 recommend
I wish I could say nice things about this place.Because the people seem to be nice, but if I were you and you have a newer bmw, just avoid them. Tuck my car there for a couple repairs, which they did incorrectly.Including the wastegate actuator actual adjustment and the relearn, and I had to pay again to have it done at a different shop. They were supposed to fix any air. Leaks for unmetered air that was coming in and they missed two different spots.Where air was getting in?I picked it up, they said, oh yeah, it has a hesitation.I thought they were talking about upon taking off when the turbos building up pressure. But noah was an actual like miss because of the unmetered air, they didn't seem to mind that I was picking up a car.I had paid eight hundred dollars to fix.And they did not actually fix either thing. The shop I ended up taking it to in lakewood.Just kind of shook their head pretty sad.Maybe they know what they're doing on some cars, but not mine.
Jen and Rafael were very kind and professional. They diagnosed my issue and fixed it quickly, communicating with me every step of the way. I’m super happy with the customer and car service at EuroTech and definitely recommend it!
The service provided was exceptionally friendly and impressive. Although the issue was initially unclear, Eurotech efficiently identified and resolved the problem very quickly. Even though parts needed to be ordered, our vehicle was securely stored for three days. I will certainly return for future services.
They were really nice, fast and efficient. My only problem was they didn’t ask or tell me about the additional parts that were required. At first my bill was 3,4xx then when i went to pay it was 3,590. Apart from that they were wonderful.
