I've been searching for a stylist in the DFW area who truly understands and specializes in healthy hair care, and I am grateful to have found Billie. Although I have only been in her chair once, the difference in the health and feel of my hair is already noticeable. Billie is highly knowledgeable, professional, and intentional in her approach. She took the time to listen carefully to my hair goals and designed a personalized plan tailored to helping me achieve healthier, longer hair. The shampoo, scalp treatment, and smoothing treatment were outstanding—leaving my scalp refreshed and stimulated, and my hair feeling renewed and strengthened. The silk press and trim were flawless. What truly sets Billie apart is her commitment to education. She ensures her clients not only leave looking their best but also understand how to properly care for their hair between appointments. Today was my first time at ExcluShear Salon and I had such a wonderful experience! From the time that I stepped through the doors everyone greeted me with a smile and was happy to see me. Porscha was my stylist and she did such and amazing job! I knew that I would have to address a lot of my split ends due to not having a hair cut in over a year. Prior to my service Porscha sat down to learn what my hair goals were and I was also able to address concerns that I had with my hair. She was gently with my hair and I didn't experience any pain during styling. I drove all the way from San Antonio, TX to Arlington, TX and I would do it over and over again! I felt seen and heard and left very satisfied! Thank you so much!

What can I say?!?!? I took my niece, age 10, for her first real salon experience and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with Alexus, our stylist/healthy hair connoisseur. She was fun kind and above all patient. I had some hiccups in my schedule and she graciously made adjustments for us which was beyond appreciated. The salon is very clean and beautifully decorated. The products, tools used and knowledge were top tier. My niece couldn't stop smiling at herself in the car. I can't wait to snag an appointment for myself. Thank you so much.

Stylist, Morgan had great customer service and made me feel heard during my visit at the salon. She was very well organized. I was able to fully trust her, which led to a desirable outcome at the end. Further, another stylist in the salon also greeted me and provided a positive interaction as I was being serviced.
