I’ve been going to exclusive for years and sadly we will not be returning. I wish people would speak up if they can’t do pixie cut hair style. She said ok so long layers and I said yes but short layers in the back. She just kept talking that I forgot all about the haircut plus I showed her the photo 3 times so I assumed she knew what I wanted. She started chopping. When I left it looked like a little too much but I was determined to try to do a blow out at home and maybe it would look decent. I don’t think there is any fixing this, my hair is destroyed and chopped off and looks nothing similar to what I wanted. Alejandra cut my hair. Sweet lady but my hair is at an awkward stage and will take forever to grow in the front. I was in literal tears. It shouldn’t have been tapered in the front. She didn’t even ask me, just did it. In this photo my hair is straightened, I did it with the blow dryer 1st and it looked much worse.
Alejandra did amazing! She got exactly what I wanted. Hair feels amazing everytime I come to this salon. Paid $25, fair price and worth it.
Had a great experience with stylist Candy at Exclusive Cuts today. She really listened and was successful with the style I wanted. Nice space too!
I had tried to cut my hair looking at a you tube video, but totally messed my hair up. Ms. Diana was brave enough to try to fix it. She so sweetly said she would try, with a smile. without judging me. Diana works quietly and seems to love what she does, very kind young lady. I loved the result of my new haircut. Thank you Diana. The salon is super clean and such a nice atmosphere. The young ladies are so friendly and kind with all their customers.
The place is clean and well run. Prices are more than fair. Nancy C. is my favorite. She asks questions and double checks with you several times during the cut. I've been complimented several times on her cuts. She really listens and does not have an agenda. Her goal is to give you what you want. So refreshing.
