Many times we have stopped in with questions about planning trips and in our 50 years of working with travel agents, we have never found anyone so helpful, considerate, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring as the owner, Daniel Oar! It has been such a pleasure and a blessing to find a travel agent like Daniel and to be able to get such personable help. Have not taken a cruise in about 15 years, so we were pretty sure a lot has changed since then. Fortunately I was able to work with Bettina Maher as our travel cruise consultant. Bettina was able to supply us with all the information we needed to make a decision on the destination and type of cruise we wanted. She expertly guided us through our options regarding cruise lines, costs, and destinations. I've booked vacations before by myself, but without Bettina's expertise, I believe our trip may have been less enjoyable and possibly more expensive. There were just so many nuances and questions we had throughout the process that it was such a great thing to have someone to go to that responded quickly and thoroughly. We're already talking about our next cruise and I can assure you, Bettina will be part of that conversation. Cannot recommend her enough.
Keith Horlock is an awesome travel agent! He went over and above to secure accommodations for 4 families.(20 people) for 1 week in Gulf Shores,AL., and then 2 families for an extra week at a different location.
