Ashley is amazing! She’s been cutting my husband’s hair for over 8 years, and she’s always consistent. She really takes her time to make sure every cut looks perfect, and it always turns out great. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment. They can get pretty busy but she’s definitely worth the wait!
Nancy was my hairdresser. This was my second time and she did such a good job last time that I was hoping you get her again, which I did. Great at her job and fair at her pricing.
I went in there without an appointment, and although they were nice at first it seemed like the ladies there were always so judgy. I showed them a photo of what I wanted and got a downgraded version of the haircut I wanted. When I told the lady I didn’t like it she rudely said ‘my face shape doesn’t match up with the photo.’ I literally told her the face framing parts were supposed to lengthen my face and to not cut them short. Also, she seemed to have been rushing me as it shows in the results. This is my second time coming here, and the first time I was also unhappy with the results but I decided to take another chance. Still unhappy. The first photo is what I asked for and the second is what I got. Whatever hair lady I had clearly did not give me what I asked for as the layers look so choppy and not precise at all. From looking at other reviews, it seems like the ladies there cannot keep up with the times and do not learn the new techniques of hairstyling. Additionally, I feel like they’re closed minded of trying new things and when they do try it, they don’t bother to master the technique. They can only do simple haircuts and dyes. Never go there ever again.
I love how Ashley always go above and beyond for customers satisfaction. I go there once in few months and its always a pleasant trip. This place will only take cash though no card payments.
