Tristan at the Express Outlet in Grand Prairie was extremely rude. I had about 4 pair of jeans I was going to purchase that I laid down on a table to look at another item. He came over to me and told me to fold them jeans back the way they were. I asked him what jeans he was referring to and he pointed at the 4 pair I was going to purchase. I explained that those were jeans I was buying and he said oh ok and walked away. I decided not to purchase anything from this store after all due to how rude he was. Other customers over heard him as well and said he was also rude to them. This Tristan person should not be working in the customer service business.
From walking in the staff was great and welcoming.. they didn’t hound me allowed me to shop and instantly knew when to help. The store was clean and structured. I had no problems finding what I was looking for. The best managed location I have visited. Kudos to the leader. I don’t knew her name but she was all over that place working and delegating.
Stopped by to make some quick returns and no problems with that. Store had a pair of Suede Belgian Loafers that I was looking for and they were happy to put them on hold for me—and extend the hold for another day because I couldn't make it. Thanks!
