Doctor was very thorough with the immigration paperwork but the practice itself is a scam. While scheduling, I was given two options with and w/o insurance. It was $40 more without insurance and was told, I wont be charged anything if I go with insurance option but a month after my appointment I received a bill for lab work. When asked they said I signed a paper for financial responsibility(my mistake for not going through the paperwork) and lying about what they told while scheduling appointment. Now I ended up paying lot more. They claim everything with the insurance even to pick up a second copy of medicals for immigration purposes. I went to pick up mine and spouse's second copy and we both have seen claims with my insurance as an office visit. They are trying to milk as much as they could from insurance.
If there was zero stars, I would give zero stars. I should have seen the 1 star reviews. The rooms are dirty and most of their machinery is never in order. Masks all over the floor, not changed bed papers, tissues on the floor too. They make us sit in those rooms with out them being properly sanitized. This has happened more than once. One of the nurses showed me attitude when I pointed it out to her. Zia was her name I think since she wasnt clear when telling me, she didn't even have a name tag. I couldn't know if she was a doctor just from that alone. It feels extremely unprofessional and they barely help when it comes to being sick with diagnosis. I never would recommend this place to anyone. They never send bills either, just going there they ask you for more money from previous bills saying you haven't paid despite such things supposedly being sent by mail.

Extremely unprofessional and not ethical, all they care is to charge more to insurance. For green card related vaccine, they either doesn't have inventory at all, or made mistakes when proceed.... those are really bad experience from me and my husband. They called back after like a month say something did wrong with your vaccine.... They bill every bill to insurance, like even emotional support, ridiculous. Totally spam. It's the highest bill I've ever seen claimed for preventative physical check.
Please run for your life😡😡😡😡, they are bunch of scammers all they do is to get your money and make you pay more. They initially told me my fee was xyz amount which i paid even though i told them i had a deal from my doctor for a less price …
