Awful service, Dr. Leng is great but whoever picks up the phone is almost always annoyed at life and doesn’t understand patient needs (Will hang up the phone on you). Wish Dr. Leng hired better reception, stay away, avoid the trouble!
This is truly such an awful clinic to work with, they have to be paying for these positive reviews because I nor anyone I know who has gone here have never had a positive experience in the time I've been coming here. The front desk lady has the emotional intelligence of a rock with a nasty attitude, God forbid you disagree with anything she has to tell you she will just hang up on you. This is a money hungry office that will find a way to nickle and dime you every opportunity they can. They will find ways to inconvenience you so that you end up having to book multiple appointments to resolve a single concern, just so they make more money. In a world where people already can't afford healthcare learn to read the room... Do yourself a favor, GO ANYWHERE ELSE... I know I will be.
We husband and I have been looking for a new Dr. and initially we liked it here the Nurse practitioner was kind and thorough at our first appointment but after trying to get insurance approvals the front desk lady Angelica didn’t seem to want to help out much. I don’t know if they’re short staffed but she seems to do the front desk and the assistant part. Getting a reply through the messenger in the patient portal was impossible I had to reach out multiple times, they rarely answer the phones and Angelica is rude. She doesn’t care if they lose patients by the way she replies to people over the phone. I do not recommend this place. I should have known better when I saw that they had a Christmas wreath up all year round and cobwebs and dust everywhere.
I was a patient of doctor leng for a little over 3 years. Now that I'm no longer a patient of doctor leng, because at the time when I was covered by my healthcare provider they regretfully never informed me that Family Medical Clinic wasn't covered in their Network so because of it I'm stuck with this bill with Dr Leng that I'm trying to take care of and don't have the money to pay the full payment. Dr Leng, when he was my physician I felt at times he never took a serious approach with me or showed a lot of concern for me as a patient. I felt that he should spend more time with his patients instead of using myself or others like an assembly line, especially when doing online doctor call visits instead of spending 5 minutes with with others it should have been longer. That is why he is no longer my physician. I'm giving the Family Medical Clinic two stars, I would have loved to give it a higher rating if Dr leng what is spent a little more time with me as a patient then rushing me again like it's an assembly line.
DR. Lang is very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Kind people great service.
