I too, was a long time patient of Dr. Nasuti and Dr. Theisz before they left this practice. They were both incredible doctors. Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience with Dr. Samost. I found him to have a poor bedside manner, dismissive, and generally unhelpful. I got the sense that he did not want be there. I have never written a review regarding a medical provider, but wanted to share my experience. I understand that he has left this practice.
I’ve been going to this practice for years. Since the change in staff I’ve been very happy. They just changed again, the receptionist is gone. The doctor is gone again, patient care has gone out the window. They all talk like they are reading a script. I’m looking for a new doctor.
When Dr. Samost and PA Lancaster took over this practice, I figured I would stick around and see how they did. I was very satisfied with the previous doctors and after a few years, happy I stuck around. They continue to provide excellent …
I had been a patient of Dr. Nasuti (and occasionally Dr. Theisz) for about four years and always felt like a valued patient. They were both thorough, attentive, and took time to answer questions and follow up appropriately. They truly cared. Unfortunately, things took a complete nosedive after Dr. Nasuti left and the new physician/NP took over. I tried to give it a fair chance for a year or two, but my experiences were consistently disappointing, and I finally decided to leave the practice. Dr. Samost has a poor bedside manner and often comes across as condescending. He questioned my cardiologist’s care plan, dismissed rectal bleeding, and at my last physical actually asked me, “What blood tests do you think I should run?” I thought he was joking—he wasn’t. It was a strange and unsettling encounter. On top of that, the office has constant staff turnover among nurses and phlebotomists, and I’ve received frequent, confusing scheduling calls from an out-of-state service. While there’s never a wait to get in, that sadly reflects how far this once-excellent practice has declined. I won’t be returning. It’s truly a shame, because this used to be a special place with an outstanding reputation—but not anymore.
This office attempted to make me pay TWICE for my visits. Let me explain this clearly: I had appointments in October and November, and I …
