First time here, went in a bit guarded as I've been dismissed and left feeling unheard at other places. Ms Davis was so nice and listened to everything I had to say, everyone there was so respectful and friendly, I really felt heard and listened to. They really took care of me and referred me to whoever I need to see. The lady that did my ekg (I'm so sorry girl I forgot ur name) was so nice and down to earth, made sure I felt comfortable and the whole process was super smooth. Highly recommend this place, especially if you're like me and deal with a "cocktail of symptoms" as I like to put it

I just switched from my previous family doctor to Doctor Jimmy Nguyen and I can tell that he was very thorough and helpful in my first visit. Hopefully Doctor Nguyen is not going to disappoint me just like the previous one who was so desperate for money (required their patients to schedule for a visit for every medications refills requested).

I saw Reva Davis yesterday for the first time in a long time after a bad experience at a previous office, and I’m so glad I did. She was incredibly thorough, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable again. Her entire team—from the front desk to everyone involved—was amazing. So happy I found her!

Dr. Rena Davis was amazing—truly warm, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable and cared for during my visit. I left her portion of the appointment feeling reassured and in good hands. Unfortunately, everything went downhill the moment I encountered the phlebotomist, Daoud Muguib. From the start, he didn’t greet me and immediately came off cold and rude. He struggled to find my veins and asked if this was a common issue for me. When I told him no, he was dismissive and made me feel like I was the problem. He questioned my water intake, and when I explained I drink more than a gallon a day, he responded with attitude and said it wasn’t enough. The situation only got worse from there. He attempted to draw blood from my arm, then said my veins were too small and casually said “whoops” when nothing came out—something that made me feel extremely uneasy. He then switched to my hand, where he was able to get blood, but complained the entire time that it was coming out too slowly. He kept squeezing my hand and sighing loudly, clearly frustrated, and even told me I might have to come back because the results might not be clear. It felt uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly upsetting. By the time I left, he gave me a rude look, which just added to an already negative experience. I walked in feeling good after seeing Dr. Davis, and left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Dr. Davis is wonderful, but this experience with the phlebotomist completely took away from what should have been a positive visit. Something needs to change.

I had an appointment with Dr. Reva Davis and when I arrived I checked in, I didn’t wait long to get called back. The lead specialist Gabriella was such a great pleasure by breaking the ice with conversation as she was preparing me for the doctor, high positivity, checking on me consistently, overall super welcoming. Also when I met Dr. Davis she was amazing, made me feel very comfortable, she explained things well. The experience they gave me was better than any other doctors visit. 10 out of 10!
