I am so happy Fanous Clinic in Steele Creek was recommended to me by my pharmacist. I have been for 2 visits now and it has been a breath of fresh air. For the first time in years, I truly feel seen, heard, respected and cared about. Dr. Farag takes the time to listen to your concerns and to formulate a pathway to total wellness for you. His wonderful staff are super warm, friendly and professional as well. Their practice model is a throwback to a time when patients came before quotas and bureaucratic red tape. Nowadays it seems that most doctors are more concerned with their bottom line and getting you out the door than actually caring about the people that come in seeking their help. I feel like I finally have hope for a better quality of life going forward with the help of top-notch primary care at Fanous Clinic.
