I’ve been a frequent customer at Farm to Cook for the past six months, buying 4–6 lbs of boneless white meat chicken every week to meet my protein goals. Until recently, I was happy with the quality, but over the last month things have changed significantly. The “boneless chicken breast” I’ve been receiving doesn’t even look like breast meat anymore. It appears to be thigh meat, even though I’m being charged $5.99 per pound for chicken breast. While that’s concerning, my biggest issue is the quality. Several bags I’ve purchased have contained chicken that doesn’t look fresh, and in some cases it seemed spoiled, forcing me to throw away part of what I paid for. Even the portions that looked okay turned out disappointing after cooking—they never became tender and instead had a tough, rubbery texture. I tried calling the store multiple times to discuss the issue, but no one ever answered the phone. The lack of customer service was just as disappointing as the declining product quality. At this point, I’ve decided I won’t be returning to this location. After being a loyal customer for months, it’s frustrating to see such a drop in quality with no effort to address customer concerns. I also won’t be recommending this store to my friends or family unless these issues are resolved.

Farm2Cook is my go-to place for fresh meat! The quality is always top-notch, and the meat is super tender. Their goat meat and Indian fishes are especially worth mentioning—so good! The staff is super friendly and provides great service. Highly recommend checking it out!
This mutton (goat meat) is the worst I’ve ever bought. Every piece is a bone, and over 70% of it is just bones. There’s not a single piece without a bone. It’s a complete waste of money. If there was an option to give it 0 stars, I would definitely do so.
