Farmers Insurance - Linh Nguyenle

Linh is the most amazing insurance agent I’ve ever dealt with. I only had a small vehicle insurance policy with him but he treated me like family and went above and beyond for me. Most agents would have pushed me off or just taken their sweet time to reply. I can’t tell you the number of times Linh picked up the phone well outside of office hours, late at night or on the weekend to handle something I’m sure was minuscule but he had made a priority because he knew it was important to me. From getting me a new policy that was cheaper because the current policy company had changed its terms to getting me a refund he always took the time to handle it with expediency. To top it off, he is sincerely one of the nicest people you’ll ever chat with. Very warm and sincere, you can feel that he is honest and then backs it up by providing world class service. I would recommend Linh to anyone who needs anything in his insurance wheelhouse. Thanks Linh for all you do!

Linh is an excellent representative. He's easy to talk to. He will address any concerns and gets back to you within 10-30 max. He goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable because insurance policies can be hard to understand. I bundle my insurance with Farmers because from what I've researched they are the most competitive. You get to talk to him every time so he is held accountable. With other companies, if you are lucky you get to talk to someone in the states or it's some random person from some other country with a thick accent you can hardly understand. This is assuming they are competent.

I recently requested all my policies (home, auto & motorcycle) to be transferred to local agency near me when I found Lin's Agency & met him for the 1st time. Linh has been on top of all my concerns since day 1. And is very responsive to vm, text & emails. All my concerns were resolved with a quick turnaround & walked away with a peace of mind. You never know that you can get a BETTER price in the SAME car insurance company with what you REALLY need JUST by changing an Agent - that is what my experience told me after talking to Linh Nguyenle! I found Linh through Google review and I think it is time for me to provide my feedback so that other people can get help from him, too. I am with farmers insurance all these years (never changed), my first agent was nice, but she retired and I was assigned to another agent a year ago. This year, my insurance went up high for no reason-I guess everybody in California has an increased insurance price, I searched help from my previous agent, and she told me that is the lowest price I can have. I was about to change my insurance company and saw 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Google review of Linh, and was thinking to give him a try. The first time I met him, I knew he would help me. He verified some information of my car, and pointed out a wrong information of my current insurance - Bang - that immediately reduced over $100!! Therefore, I changed my farmers agent to him from the previous one. He inquired my living condition, driving mileage, what is useful/not useful for me, he provided his professional opinions per his experience, then I got a reduced price (comparing to the price from previous agent) even with something added to protect my car!!! He also tested me whether I know what covers my car, and gave me a detailed list of covering examples. He provides a professional and complete service and I know he truly cares about his customers and think by standing at his customers’ role. I know if something happens, I can trust him and have my full confidence on him to protect me and my car. If you are hesitating to change your car insurance or farmers agent, please give Linh Nguyenle a try! He deserves a chance from you and you will not regret!
