This is my first time in Fat Joe’s all employees are very friendly and helpful, state inspection service is quick less the 20 minutes definitely come back and recommend this business.

I've gone to Fat Joe's several times for the most major issues I've had with my car. Every time, they've been helpful, friendly, professional, and obliging. For instance, I was doing work on my car's engine head with my brother and we stupidly managed to snap a spark plug in its socket - I brought the car to this shop and they quickly fixed the problem for a seriously reasonable price. They even replaced all of the spark plugs for free, which made my day and earned them a customer for life. If you're looking for a solid auto mechanic who'll treat you with respect, you've found them.

Literally the best car service shop in Irving. I have been to several shops and no experience has matched Fat Joe’s. I have been here 3 times within the last month. My appointment was scheduled each time and within 24 hours I knew what was wrong with my car and the type of service I would be needing. Parts were ordered efficiently and work on my car was completed within 2-3 days. This is immaculant especially when a car is something you can’t go without! Joe and Javier are literally amazing at literally EVERYTHING! Please don’t hesitate to take your car here! The prices are amazing and the quality of work is unmatched. I’ve found my place and I’m never going anywhere else. Thank you Fat Joe’s for taking the stress of car maintenance off me! You guys definitely understood the assignment!

Very impressed with how kind and easy to work with this shop and staff were. Was a bit concerned about their limited online presence but they stay plenty busy without it. Had some A/C issues that needed to be diagnosed and repaired. They were transparent about the process and communicated clearly what needed to be done. The quote was in line with other shops I called but came with a guarantee on the work completed. I was able to schedule and get it in and out on the same day within a week. Really recommend this auto shop.

I had something under my car get torn after I ran over something on the highway, so I brought it to Fat Joe’s to have it checked out. Thankfully, it wasn’t actually broken and they were able to fix it. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful, and the owner was incredibly kind. I really appreciate their honesty, kindness, and great service. Highly recommend!!!
