Great experience with Sandy. Unfortunately they weren't able to help me as I needed to apply in São Paulo due to my nationality, but they gave me back my money in full after two attempts at applying online, before we found out that the New York consulate couldn't process my application. Had that not been an issue, I'm confident they would have taken good care of me like they did up until then. Recommended.
We worked with Shirley and she was great. We went through the whole visa process and she reviewed the applications before applying. She was knowledgeable and professional. Since we had some circumstances that could have delayed the process, Shirley prepared us. I think without assistance, the process would have taken us longer. I rarely post reviews, but after working with Sandy at FETI Travel, I wanted to share my experience. I am an American businessman who has been traveling to China for years. I myself have had to apply for a visa three times: twice through one of the "big name" national visa services, and once directly with the consulate in New York. I have also facilitated visas for staff and colleagues, and when I needed to do so again, I decided to look for a "local" firm to help my employee. Working with Sandy was like night and day compared to the big visa firms. Beyond just answering questions (by phone, chat, etc.), Sandy made the whole process so easy. She is by far one of the most competent people I have ever worked with on any travel related matter. She advised on how to complete every step of the application, from the photo to the COVA application, and responded incredibly fast regarding updates. To top it all off, FETI Travel's prices were reasonable. Not only will I go to Sandy again for my own visa needs, but I will recommend her to everyone I know who needs a Chinese visa. Feti Travel assisted me with getting my tourist visa for China! I reached out just before I applied, and Sherri was the best! Extremely prompt, communicative, and clear on the process, and it made every step of the visa application a breeze! As someone without a car, the idea of getting to NYC not once but twice to drop off and then pickup my passport was extremely daunting, but Feti was able to take the reigns and all I had to do was mail my passport once my application passed preliminary review. They even review your preliminary application to make sure everything is correct! All in all, this service was amazing and I cannot recommend them enough.
