In those 25+ years, she has not had a single issue getting her taxes done. Paulina is a wonderful, knowledgeable person that was friendly, patient, and responsive to any question we might've had, whether that be in person or in email. Paulina is fluent in both Vietnamese and English alongside being well priced for her services. We arrived at 7:05am on Sunday, February 22, 2026, and there was already a person in front of us. If you plan to go here, you have to make sure you arrive an hour early to be first in line. Once it became 7:45am, a line outside has already started to form.
Avoid Phuong at all costs. I hired her to do my taxes, and she completely messed it up. She forgot to submit my W-2, which caused the IRS to think I owed money instead of getting a refund. Now I’m stuck paying taxes that I shouldn’t even owe — all because she didn’t do her job. For the past 2 months, I’ve been going back and forth to her office on my days off because she never picks up the phone. Every little thing required an in-person visit, which was a huge hassle and waste of time. The worst part? After paying her to handle everything, I ended up doing all the work myself — calling the IRS, submitting paperwork, and fixing the mess she made. I seriously regret ever trusting her with my taxes. Save yourself the headache and go to someone else. I would give zero stars if I could.
If I could give zero stars I would. The person by the name of Hugh filed a change in my tax form. This then resulted in a penalty from the IRS. NEVER was I notified that this could potentially happen. Super unprofessional and misleading to not be notified about this. DO NOT recommend going to them at all.
