My mother and stepfather lived in the area for 23 years. In 2020 my mother had her leg amputated from vascular issues. In 2025 my stepdad had to have neck surgery. I live 1700 miles away and needed to fly there to help with day to day routines since my stepfather would be out of commission as he recovered from neck surgery. I couldn’t stay forever so I called a few home care organizations. Karen responded within 10minutes. She came the next day and sat with us and explained so much about the elderly and continued care and how the insurance works. So incredibly knowledgeable and impassioned by her own experiences. We felt very confident this was the organization that fit all of our needs. Needless to say I was able to go home with the confidence that my parents were in wonderful caring hands. Some of the caregivers seem to be so close that my parents sometimes treated them like their own children. So I have sisters I have never known(hehe).
