Fix Salon Seattle

I wanted to update my review because my overall experience with the salon has not been entirely negative, just last time. I previously saw Andi in December, and she was wonderful. She really listened to what I wanted, checked in with me throughout the appointment, and made sure I felt comfortable and happy during the entire process. I truly appreciated how attentive and thoughtful she was, and I had a very positive experience with her. I did recently have an appointment with another stylist that unfortunately did not meet my expectations at all. However, after speaking with the owner, we were able to come to a resolution that I appreciate. I think it says a lot when a business is willing to listen to feedback and make things right, and for that reason I wanted to update my review

your review: I booked a balayage appointment with Ashle on without knowing much about her, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had previously had my hair colored at an upscale Seattle salon and was left with a dull, one-dimensional dark brown color, along with a haircut I wasn’t happy with. Ashley completely transformed my hair into a beautiful, dimensional caramel balayage that exceeded my expectations. Her skill and attention to detail were obvious from the start, and she worked quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. She also fixed my previous haircut by removing the bulk from the lower layers, making it look and feel so much better. On top of being incredibly talented, she was friendly, professional, and wonderful to talk to throughout the appointment. I highly recommend Ashle! A+ service, A+ results. Great! She listened and did a wonderful job on my hair. I will definitely be coming back when I’m ready for my next big chop. I usually grow out my hair quite long and then chop it all off and I trust that Exo can pull of a great transformation cut! Just remember if you’re doing a significant change to book a transformation-I wasn’t aware of this and since my hair was already “short” I just booked a regular cut. Luckily she was able to finish the haircut anyways but I will keep that in mind for next time!

UPDATED with before and after photos (before had black roots and blotchy black in it). When the color remover took out the black, of course it wasn’t taken out all the way or my hair would fall out so it went a light orange color. Aurora …
