I don't live in Plano (live in East Texas) and I drive to him for all dental services. Dr. Chuang is the gold standard. His staff is awesome as well!
Dr. Kevin is the real deal! I went to him for a second opinion after another dentist recommended extensive work despite having regularly seen a dentist just four months ago. I knew something was off, and I’m glad I found Dr. Kevin. He was extremely thorough, friendly, and provided an independent evaluation to not only address the issues I had but also noted prevention areas and what I could do to keep my teeth as healthy as long as possible. He also likes to bring you along the journey so you know exactly what’s being done and why. I also appreciate that he advocates on your behalf, whether it’s with insurance or what’s truly needed for your health and tries to find ways to save you money. His staff are also lovely and responsive. I’m glad I found this hidden gem! Bonus points as well for the fun office decor featuring superheroes, Pokémon, minions and Lego figurines.

The staff is always welcoming and attentive, and cleanings are smooth and pain-free every time. I’ve been coming here for about 4 years now and always have a great experience. We have been going to Dr. Kevin for years now and wouldn’t trust anyone else with our dental health. He’s also great with both of my kids and super patient with them. We would definitely recommend anyone but especially families to go to Floss City.
