Loved everyone at Floss!! The office manager Sarah was so nice and super helpful! The dental assistant who did the cleaning was very nice and friendly and did a great job! Dr. Chong was amazing and was super nice and thoroughly explained everything that he would be doing. I also wanted to know about getting an implant and Dr. Chong was so helpful in explaining how they did this and Sarah gave me payment options! Just found my new dentist!! I typically have a lot of anxiety at the dentist, but not here!! They were WONDERFUL!!

I've been using Floss Dental off Pearland Parkway for the last few years. Dr. Chung is thorough, explanative, and gentle during exams and procedures. The front desk is welcoming, and the dental assistants are helpful. This office no longer takes my insurance, but I would rather pay out of pocket than go anywhere else (and I've tried multiple other dentists in the area!). They're willing to work with patients on out of pocket pricing, and offer Care Credit and Cherry options as well. Furthermore, after trying several other dentists that DID take my insurance but had treatment plans that seemed extremely expensive and padded with extras, Sarah squeezed me in to get evaluated against the proposed treatment plan the same week. We chose a more conservative approach, and even with paying cash it was cheaper than the competition's treatment plan. (Accent wanted to do several crowns, Floss did TWO fillings.) The first time I ever went to Floss Dental I was met by a big beautiful I want warn smile from their manager Sarah Aguilera. She did not make me feel nervous but like a member of her family. She was extremely professional and genuinely cared about my dental treatment plan. The other staff, Lonnie, and the two Anthony’s that worked there were extremely knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. Going to the dentist normally is a very stressful procedure for me , but it wasn’t that day. When Dr. Chung started working on my teeth he made absolutely sure that I was comfortable and thoroughly explained everything he was doing. That same day I left with crowns on my two front teeth that were made in office in less than 2 hours. I experienced no pain that day or any other day after . I was very impressed from beginning to end. I will definitely be a lifetime patient of Floss Dental. Just this past week I took my little sister to have her teeth work on. My entire family will be new lifetime patients of Dr. Chung. For all your dental needs, I highly recommend Floss Dentistry for all your dental needs. Do not let pain hold you back. I had a great experience at this dental office. The staffs were friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The Doctor took his time to explain procedures and I was careful on which treatment would be better for me. The office was clean, organized, and appointments ran on time. I really appreciated the excellent care, patients, and attention to detail. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a trustworthy dentist.
