Fountain Hair & Nails

This place is awful. Not only do my nails look terrible - worst gel mani/pedi I’ve ever had - but the shop is DIRTY. Like get a staph infection dirty. Cindy used a cheese grater on my feet which is illegal in all 50 states. The mani soaking bowl was filled with hair and skin particles. I cannot overstate how gross and awful this place is. Go elsewhere, literally anywhere else.

I came in for a pedicure and left with the most amazing braids. I am going here to get my hair braided especially when I have busy schedule and don't want to worry about my hair. Kim is an amazing hair care specialist and would 100% recommend this salon. I appreciate the personal experience and care with my hair.

Very friendly and happy staff! They told me that they've been at this location for 30 years and it's rather a shame I only discovered them now. Their prices are extremely affordable and the service is equivalent to a high end hair salon. Why pay $30 when you can pay less than $10? It blows my mind that people spend waste so much money when there are little gems right around the corner. After going here for a few years, I have never been disappointed. I turned my girlfriend to this place and she has since been hooked.

Another lady doing her hair at the store. She told me you have to tip the lady doing your hair. My hair lady didn’t do a good job. So I decided not to give her tip. The hair lady gave me a bad look. After I paid I was waiting for my husband to come pick me up. The lady kept telling me how long you are going to wait. Where is your husband. Why he is talking long time. When will you leave my store. All of that because I did not give tip. Honestly I had a very bad service and because I did not pay tip. She want to kick me out of the store. This is not nice. The tip is for the customer to decide to give or not. You can’t expect every customer to pay tip. Whether happy or not. Lady should have been more nicer and provide better service. I’m disappointed with this.

This is the worst $27.00 I’ve ever spent. They told me to come back in an hour from when I went to inquire about the appointment (11:33 am). I show up a little earlier (12:15 am). I ended up waiting almost a half hour longer than the time (12:50 pm) the hour would have been. I asked for a GEL MANICURE and Pediure. All I got was my nails painted with gel polish and a pedicure. My nail shape looked exactly like what I went in with. There was no shaping, massage of hands, trimming of cuticle, filing, nail cut, etc., done with my finger nails. I was very disappointed and I won’t be going back.
