The Local is where I ate. Their doughnuts are tasty. I didn't get to try any thing from Yaan's Bakery. Their bread looked fair. Me and the girl working greeted each other in Spanish. I'm learning - not good. After I told her this she went to the back. I looked for what I'd want. She came back. I asked and pointed for one cookie and one doughnut. She stared at me, replying in Spanish. At this point I really don't want anything there as the two things I came for- galleta de chocolate and rosquilla, don't look tasty. But I was there. I used Google Translate to ask for the items. Tried to speak Spanish, poorly. I hand her the phone so she can read the Spanish translation. She says they don't have any... I point to the doughnut I wanted and she said she didn't speak English. So I left. Don't know what that was about, but I'm not going back.

My friend had a Selena theme party and her cake was from this bakery. That cake was beautiful and delicious!!! I like to go for their little $5 cakes that they have during mother's day and El Dia de el Niño.
