Sign in to reviewI don't know how to write a review for a dentist but here goes: Dr. Mondragon has created a well-run office with capable, professional people. The front office staff is friendly and efficient and helpful. They are upfront about costs and procedures. The hygienists are thorough and gentle and they share information that will help you better care for your teeth. Dr. Mondragon is welcoming and knowledgeable. I trust him and appreciate that he spent so much time explaining things that the surgeon who extracted my tooth never thought to mention. I'm really glad I was referred here.
Both myself and my husband went here for the first time this past month and have been very pleased and impressed with this office all around- the front desk, the hygienists, the doctors! They all treated us like family, made us comfortable in a sometimes uncomfortable place for people like me with dental anxiety, and felt extremely knowledgeable about their practice and our treatment.
First, let me say that Dr. Mondragon and his staff deserve many more than 5 gold stars!! I cannot say enough about how kind Dr. Mondragon and his staff are. I have a lot of work that I need done and not only did they make room in their schedule for me within just two or three days of calling the office, but they managed to schedule three additional appointments for me to make sure that I got the treatment that I needed. All this during the busy holiday season. Always treated like a guest in their home. Staff is wonderful on explaining what they are doing and making sure I am always completely comfortable! I’m very grateful to have such a wonderful team caring for my Dental needs!
Been coming for approximately 15 year, minus times I have moved away but I always come back because of how easy and straightforward Dr. Mondragon is. I miss Janice, my oral hygienist, who retired, and after trying a couple different hygienists I loved Amylee. She is very gentle with my sensitive front teeth and explains everything she is doing. Front desk is lovely as well, very inviting every time. Will stay a patient until Dr. Mondragon retires :-)
I have been a very nervous dental patient my whole life. I have had enough pretty bad experiences with various other dentists. So I was incredibly glad when I was recommended Dr. Mondragon’s practice! Everyone is kind, honest and patient with my nerves! I love Kelly my regular dental hygienist! She is great at what she does and always makes me feel comfortable! And Dr Mondragon is wonderful. They are extremely honest and everyone at the office is kind and supportive, especially of someone with a lot of nerves :)
