Today I went to this auto shop to get my signal light fixed. I encountered an employee with an extremely rude attitude — downright disrespectful. I asked him to fix the signal light, and he told me to go to the dealer instead. I said I didn’t have time to go to the dealer, and he replied, “We don’t fix that kind of stuff here.” It seemed like either he didn’t know how to fix it or he didn’t care because fixing a signal light doesn’t bring in much money. With that kind of attitude, I asked, “Maybe you don’t need customers?” I then asked for his name, and he responded, “Why do you need my name?” in a hostile tone and even looked like he was about to attack me. I asked to speak to the manager, and a woman came out — she didn’t seem to know what had happened but immediately defended the employee, saying he did nothing wrong. They didn’t charge me anything, but with that attitude and level of professionalism, I give this shop 0 stars. Do not ever go to this auto repair shop. What do you think when a customer comes to an auto repair shop and is told they’re not welcome? There were no signs or guidance about where to park, and the customer parked “incorrectly” without any notice. Above all, the staff member was aggressive — as far as I know, he’s the owner, named Vũ. His wife tried to defend him while responding to me. They couldn’t even replace a signal bulb, saying they “couldn’t do it” — that tells you a lot about their repair skills. When someone is about to attack you, would you curse at them? I strongly advise against going to this shop. You’ll leave frustrated, and they won’t be able to fix your car anyway. With that kind of attitude, they’ll be out of business soon.

Another review to share more reasons they remain my only trusted mechanic for my Ford. I bought my Ford at 45K miles about 7yrs ago and now is 199K miles and still going strong. Frank's understands I love my Ford, I drive a lot daily, and have made sure my Ford is in top shape, even finding solutions to uncommon and very rare issues. Since it's approaching 200K, Frank's recommended me to hold off any more check ups because they have detailed records that showed my last major diagnostic was performed later than scheduled so there is no need to perform any further work. The owners and crew are very nice and welcoming. I will continue to come here for my Ford and the next.

They used to be really nice. Now they’re not. Probably because they have more customers. I recently got my alternator replaced through them. The alternator they replaced was a faulty one. After driving for 2 days, my battery drained even when car is parked overnight. I thought it was my battery so I replaced the battery. But, it was not. The new battery drained overnight again. I took the car back to their shop, telling them about its condition. They refused to listen and request me to replace the battery again before they do anything. I did that, and the problem was still there. This time they told me to go the dealer. I was pissed off. I paid $600, and my problem is still there.

Mechanics are knowledgeable, their quick diagnosis also accurate to set prices range for repair. Usually store handles repairs instantly with available parts in stock, or delivered. Weekends are busiest days. Best is to come before noon weekdays. Both of my cars have been serviced there for more than ten years. Thank you guys.

Been going here for while. The original owner was good and honest. Since after Covid, they changed owner. And they did horrible job. Had brake issues but they fix everything else but that. Kept telling me to ignore the noise. Had to go somewhere else. Not coming there again.
