SLAM DUNK… or GRAND SLAM, whichever suites your fancy but either way you say it! This French cuisine bistro is absolutely one you do not want to pass up! Promise you that! Of course the owners are absolutely amazing and they come by to greet you in personally make sure you feel right at home. And then we’re talking about the service which is impeccable and they certainly want to make sure that they are not explained the menu thoroughly but giving you any advice on allergy issues or choices you might want to try. And then, of course, the food which is off the charts! My Wife and I have really been wanting to try more French options lately in town and it’s gonna be hard to ever wanna try another French restaurant again after eating here. The calamari was absolutely stunning and I’ve never seen it served over noodles before, but everything was perfect! The Parmesan crusted Ruby red trout with the citrus relish, was off the charts good! Almost melted in your mouth and had that perfect buttery taste. And then, of course, I tried the lemon and garlic butter, shrimp, and scallops, and that took me to a whole other level because those scallops were perfect and not gritty at all! Do not walk but run to this place and you better hurry because it’s not gonna be empty very long for dinner and we can tell there’s many established customers that certainly go there often. I can understand why.

This place is amazing! The service was Top Notch! I continued celebrating my Birthday month here with my ladies! The food and drinks were awesome! They have a great menu! And management accommodated our large table with no problems or hassles! Great date place as well!

We tried Fredrricks Bistro during Culinaria restaurant week on Jan 2025. First time there and it was excellent. We came out with full bellies as the portions were generous and delicious. Our server was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant and lively. The desserts were to die for! We will be back again!

This is a beautiful restaurant and is frequented by a lot of regulars. This was my first time here so we had a bit of a hiccup at the beginning of our service. I had a reservation for 3 but one of my friends was running a few minutes late. We were immediately welcomed when we walked in and seated. The food was pretty good but could have used a little salt on the osso bucco and au gratin potatoes. The crab cake had a good amount of crab and a minimum amount of fillers. I didn't particularly care for the Ceasar salad because the dressing was overly fishy. The serving sizes are adequate. I hear they have a great happy hour so maybe I need to try that.

We had been for happy hour and decided to try dinner. We were not disappointed as the atmosphere is great and so is the service. The food was good especially for the price. The wedge salad could have had better bleu cheese dressing and fresher lettuce for $11, but was a good portion. The mussels were excellent. The entrees were slightly overcooked but still had good flavor. The overall experience was excellent and we will definitely be back to try other dishes.
