I have been a customer of Tony’s for over 10 years. He always kindly explain what needs to be fixed, and it’s a place I can trust and rely on. I bought a used Lexus car because I knew Tony can fix any problems. I am definitely recommending this shop.

We called ahead saying we'd stop by on a Saturday afternoon for an oil change. I was amazed by how quick and efficient the service was! Also, at one point he had multiple customers in the room, and he was quick and efficient to address any questions/concerns thoroughly. I overheard one customer who had come in for a second opinion for a possible used car purchase and he provided extensive details on the car and offered his honest opinion to not go forward with their asking price point. I thought that was great customer service. Fremont Auto Tech is definitely the place to go if you're looking for honest service and reliable professionalism. Highly recommend.

The owner was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful when I asked for assistance. As a woman and a person of color, I was treated with clear disrespect and felt I was intentionally brushed off. He refused to help and wouldn’t even refer me elsewhere, leaving me with no support at all. This lack of professionalism and basic decency is unacceptable. Final warning: Buyer beware—if you expect fair treatment or respect, think twice before doing business here.
