Fremont Day Spa, a massage spa in Fremont, California, serves guests looking for massage-focused care at 39374 Fremont Blvd, Fremont, CA 94538. Located on Fremont Boulevard, the spa is an option for nearby residents and visitors who want to set aside time for physical comfort and relaxation. Fremont Day Spa holds a 3.7-star rating from 128 customer reviews, offering a useful, mixed snapshot of past visits. Experiences can vary by therapist, scheduling, and personal preferences, so sharing your needs before a session can help shape the visit.

Full-body massage is a service specifically described by guests, and deep-tissue work is another massage style mentioned in reviews. Several customers praise therapist Selena for a gentle approach, long pressure-focused strokes, and attention to knots or areas identified during the appointment. One reviewer noted that the pressure was adjusted to their comfort level, while another valued focused work without an overly sharp, elbow-heavy feel. These customer accounts suggest that a clear conversation about preferred pressure and priority areas can be especially useful when booking massage services at Fremont Day Spa.

The business may suit people seeking routine massage, a full-body session after physical strain, or more targeted deep-tissue attention. It may also be relevant to pairs considering a couples massage, since that service has been referenced by a customer. Massage preferences differ widely: some guests may want relaxing, gentler contact, while others may request firm pressure for tense muscles. Let the practitioner know which areas need attention and whether you prefer light, medium, or deeper pressure. That direct communication supports a more personalized massage experience without assuming every visit follows the same approach.

Customer feedback also points to practical details worth keeping in mind. Positive reviewers describe a worthwhile massage at what they considered a reasonable price, while other reviews report concerns about appointment handling, waiting, room noise near the entrance, or payment timing. These are individual reports rather than guarantees of a current experience, but they give prospective guests useful context. If quiet surroundings, a couples appointment, or a particular therapist matters to you, consider confirming availability, start time, expected setting, and payment procedures directly with the spa before arriving. Confirming details can help establish clear expectations.

Fremont Day Spa is open every day, Monday through Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, providing broad scheduling availability across weekdays and weekends. For local searches for a massage spa in Fremont, CA, a full-body massage near Fremont Boulevard, or deep-tissue massage in Fremont, its address and daily hours make it a practical business to consider. Review its current offerings and ask about the massage style you want when you contact the spa. With preparation and clear preferences, guests can decide whether Fremont Day Spa fits their preferred approach to massage care.

I went to this spa for the full body massage and it was just amazing. My massage therapist Selena was so gentle and knew all the techniques. She adjusted the pressure according to me. She also concentrated on the knots and areas that i was telling. For the price it was absolutely worth it. Also they were able to book a last minute appointment for me and friends. So overall i definitely will recommend to try this place out.

This is my go to place for a great massage at a reasonable price. My favorite masseuse is Selena, she does deep tissue massage without the usual elbow stabbing, long strokes with lots of pressure. She listens to what I like and focus on areas that need more attention. I went there yesterday after a long rock climbing outing and my feet were killing me, she expend time on my feet and I felt so relief after.

I received a massage here about two weeks ago. When I arrived and got into the room, I got undressed and laid on the table and waited over 5 minutes for someone to come start the massage. The entire massage was near the front door so you heard every conversation and my masseuse stepped out to speak to the receptionist multiple times. My masseuse also kept taking phone calls the entire 60 minute massage to make appointments for other people and was rude when I asked her what she was doing. Lastly she used too much pressure on my head and left it bruised and I had a major headache after. While everyone was nice, the experience wasn’t good.

I recently scheduled a couples massage at Fremont Day Spa, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. I called ahead to book for the next day, but when my partner and I arrived, they informed us they had forgotten about our appointment. We were told we'd have to wait an hour for service, and they even attempted to put us in separate rooms for the massage. Before the service began, we were required to pay upfront, which was already off-putting. Despite the poor start, I tipped 15% of the total. However, the staff argued that it wasn’t enough and insisted that their work is “very, very hard,” which made the situation even more uncomfortable. The massage itself was far from great. It was supposed to be a full-body massage, but it was almost entirely focused on my back, with only a brief and strange session of slapping my feet and cracking my toes. It was easily the most unusual Swedish massage I've ever had. If you’re looking for a good-quality massage at a reasonable price, I highly recommend checking out Day Spa in Union City instead (they also require payment upfront but you won't have any regrets).

I visited this place just now, the Chinese lady at the front desk insisted in me paying the full amount in advance, I asked why. She said: “That’s our rule.” I never experienced this. Normally customers pay and tip afterwards. Both my husband and I felt this place a bit sketchy. Just FYI
