My experience buying a car at this dealership was disappointing and stressful. The process was unnecessarily complicated, with many add-ons that I had to negotiate to remove from the final price. I spent almost 6 hours completing paperwork, but I still could not take my new car home the same day because of “pre-installed” items that were actually not installed and took another week to complete. Communication and follow-up were also frustrating, as I had to repeatedly call for updates myself. Buying a new car should be exciting, but this experience was exhausting, time-consuming, and poorly managed. I hope the dealership improves its transparency, communication, and customer service.

I bought a new IONIQ 5 last week and just wanted to thank Krish and Nas for making my car trade-in experience incredibly smooth and enjoyable. From evaluating my old car to finalizing the deal for the new one, every step was handled with professionalism and care. Their attention to detail, clear communication, and friendly approach truly stood out. What could have been a stressful process felt effortless thanks to their support. Highly recommend working with them—thanks again for the excellent service!

We walked away with a 2023 Kia Forte. We sure had an experience!!! I had applied for a car online to make sure I didn't just drive (2 hours comute) and not know what was my buying power or any surprises. I got approved, scheduled a visit and went for my new car (used). Well when got there, the agent that we made the appointment was not there and the car that we went for wasn't either (we were told it didn't pass the smoke). There were some employees that when they sow us suggested we should buy a car they were looking at (horrible car, bad paint job and almost 100000 miles) I felt offended. Than CJ (I'm sorry I think those were his initials) came to the rescue, treated my family and myself with respect and absolutely beautiful customer service... he was patient and listened to what are needs were. Marcelo finish the contract and was very helpful at all times so much that I will be reaching out for my next car. I recommend both of them to help and guide you with your needs. Now the next day after we drove our new car a light turn on because they forgot to reset the computer when last service before we bought it (remember I mentioned my horrible drive) well Marcelo was very kind and helpful on schedule a fix repair and get that fix. We got it fix-and he promised to help us out with getting a second key for our car in compensation for the inconvenience (yeah we never got it, even though my husband kept on calling to get it). Was my experience amazing mmm read my story again. Do I recommend them??? I guess. Could my experience have been better. For sure Would I possibly buy another car there? Yes but I would go with CJ or Marcelo only and I would not leave the premises if I'm promised anything because they might not own the promised. Hopefully this helps you on making a decision on where to buy your new car... BTW I love my new car (well my husband's new car).

Ultimately, after paying for diagnostics twice and replacing a battery that may not have been the underlying problem to my car not starting, I am left without a clear explanation or confirmed resolution. I am disappointed by the lack of a definitive diagnosis and the additional costs incurred without a conclusive fix. Not to mention the service technician got the interior of the drivers side all dirty.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Fremont Hyundai. This has been the worst dealership experience I have ever had. I own a 2023 Hyundai IONIQ, which is only about 3 years old, and the car started having a major battery issue. The first time I brought the vehicle in, they failed to properly diagnose the actual problem and instead charged me around $600 for a charging plug replacement that did not fix anything. Later, I had to bring the car back again for the exact same battery issue. Now it has been sitting there for over 1.5 months, and nobody can give me a clear answer about when the battery will be repaired or replaced. What makes the experience even worse is the complete lack of communication: Phone calls are ignored Text messages go unanswered No proper updates on the vehicle status Instead of focusing on fixing the car or keeping customers informed, they seem more interested in trying to sell discounted rental cars and tire replacements. The staff member handling my case has been extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the process. Customer service is absolutely 0/10. I bought two Hyundai electric vehicles, but after this experience, I will never return to this dealership again. I would strongly recommend others avoid this location if they expect honesty, communication, and proper customer care. Very disappointing experience from a dealership representing Hyundai.
