Incredible service! The employees were so nice and attentive the entire time. Their pho broth was nice and savory, wasn’t overly salty, and once you add in all your preferred parts (and the table has a variety of different choices from hoisin sauce to fermented vegetables) it tastes incredible. The meat included in the pho is also really good! Their cream cheese wontons were absolutely delicious and the shrimp and pork spring rolls were also a good choice! They have chicken pho as well and also a small variety of different vermicelli which had a really great portion sizes and flavors.

Enjoyed a great lunch at Fresh Pho in Denver. Had the Banh Xeo and the Bun Thit. The banh xeo was just like my mom’s-Extra crispy with fresh herbs. All the food was excellent An’s the portions were huge. The staff was so nice and attentive. We are definitely going back.

Amazing experience! Everyone was incredibly so kind and accommodating. Fresh pho noodles: meat was super tender and broth was flavorful and not murky! Fresh chicken in ginger sauce: I will be constantly coming back for this. The chicken was springy and tender. The ginger sauce is similar to fish sauce you eat with spring rolls but will a lot of ginger. My favorite! Thai tea: actually impressed. Not too milky and not sweet- you can actually taste the tea. Banh Xeo platter: Amazing. You can taste the coconut in the matter. It wasn't too greasy and the fish sauce dipping sauce had umami flavors and paired nicely with the banh xeo and fresh veggies.

Came here bc other reviews were so high and good praise, but to me, the pho isn’t flavorful and light I added fish sauce but it didn’t do anything 😩 every thing on the menu was at $18 + . I wouldn’t bother Coming back to try other menu items for my first impressions were very dissatisfying. …
