Will never step through the doors of this place again. I am a disabled veteran on disability and I am sure most know your checks don't go that far anymore without going into specifics and I know some people will bash me for that I will never go back to this place their offer on things like Precious Metals is beyond ludicrous. Please go to Lakeview Pawn in the colony if you're in this area they are very nice people and offer Fair loan rates and value.

My husband went to sell an item and we sat and waited for them to open at 8. We sat until 8:10 literally, and still no one opened the door. If you open at 8, then open at 8. If you open at 8:30, 9, etc then put that on the door. Too much pussyfooting around gets nothing accomplished.

They. said my 18k ring was 14k, and my necklace that was 14k they got 10k. Crazy work. Went to Diamonds Gold and Silver trade group around the corner and got a fair price.
