From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the nurses immediately made sure I was comfortable while they assessed my situation. What really stood out was how attentive and compassionate everyone was. Specially Nurse Sara. She took the time to explain my family and me what they were doing and made sure I felt heard. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, carefully explaining my diagnosis and treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. It was clear that the entire team truly cared about their patients. Even though emergency rooms can be very busy and kinda scary, the staff handled everything with calm professionalism. I never felt rushed or ignored, and they made sure I had everything I needed before I left. The facility was also very clean and well-organized, which made the experience even more reassuring. We are extremely grateful for the outstanding care I received. The dedication, compassion, and expertise of the entire ER team made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Waste of time if you are in emergency and you dont want die please don’t go better call 911 or go other emergency room they have lazy staff take 20 mints to check your insurance and details first once you will arrive all door close they take 5 mints to open door i don’t know how they fix name on 24/7 emergency how ever in day time i don’t know but for nights time please don’t go lazy sleeping now good night unprofessional attached sign is visible there they knew it that everyone will be rude after all see the service save time, energy and your life.
