Sign in to reviewThis place is… okay at best. I asked the staff calmly because unfortunately my drink came out to be too sweet and the pearls have become hard. The staff didn’t ask me about the sweetness ratio while I was ordering. I even asked to see the pearls beforehand and the staff confirmed that it was indeed cooked earlier, so I have no idea why they’re so hard like rocks. When I brought the issue to the staff, she said that it is due to the store’s policy that a refund and replacement are NOT possible, which is insane to me. I don’t think I can recommend this place.
Stopped by for a cold drink while walking around downtown. I ordered the strawberry lemonade, and it was really refreshing. Service was quick, although I wish the drink had been a little larger for the price. Overall, it was a nice stop.
Cashier Mariana was super nice polite and attentive. Sh recommended good drinks with a smile on her face. Drink came out shortly. Will definitely come back here again! 10/10
Overpriced for what they offer. Got the Oreo cookie crunch, the milk was very diluted, not the thick texture we expected. Didn't taste too good either. Size was also kinda small for the price.
Strawberry Matcha The drink taste good but they only have this small size. The pictures on the menu show full size cups so it’s misleading. I think it’s too pricey for the size. I can pay the same price at a different brand for a full size drink. Unfortunately, while the drink does taste good I don’t think I’ll be back. I can get more for my money at a different boba spot.
