About

FUHU is listed on FindALoco in Las Vegas, NV with address, phone, website, hours, and map location. Common services and related keywords include Asian Fusion Restaurant.

FUHU is an Asian fusion restaurant at 3000 S Las Vegas Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada, offering dinner service in a setting that several guests describe as chic, energetic, and visually distinctive. Its location makes it an option for visitors already exploring the Las Vegas Strip as well as locals planning an evening out. The restaurant is open Tuesday through Saturday from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. and closed on Mondays and Sundays, so check the schedule when planning your visit. FUHU has a 4.5-star rating from 797 reviews, reflecting many positive dining experiences alongside some notably critical feedback.

The atmosphere is a recurring highlight in customer comments. Guests mention sakura-style cherry blossom decorations and a polished, immersive interior that gives dinner a sense of occasion. One reviewer also describes a pool outside, while others focus on the restaurant’s striking design from the entrance onward. These details make FUHU worth considering when the setting matters as much as the meal, whether you are meeting friends, celebrating, or looking for a memorable restaurant experience during a Las Vegas trip. Individual impressions can vary, but the visual character is one of the most frequently praised parts of the experience.

As an Asian fusion restaurant, FUHU offers a menu that guests have enjoyed sampling together. Reviews describe sharing several selections and praise the food overall, but the available customer comments do not identify specific signature dishes. For that reason, it is best to ask the team about current menu options and any dishes or seasonal offerings they recommend. One reviewer highlights summer cocktails, making a drink with dinner another possibility to ask about. If you are dining with a group, sharing selections can give everyone a chance to explore the menu; let your server know what you enjoy and ask for guidance before ordering.

Service is another strong theme in favorable reviews. Guests describe friendly, helpful staff and servers who took time to explain the menu and provide attentive care. That guidance can be useful if this is your first visit or you are deciding what to order from an unfamiliar selection. At the same time, experiences are not uniform: one reviewer reports a long wait and concerns about food and timing. Consider those differing accounts when setting expectations, and speak with your server if you have questions about pacing, ingredients, or preparation.

For dinner in Las Vegas, NV, FUHU is a choice for guests drawn to Asian fusion, expressive decor, and a lively, polished atmosphere. It may suit a date night, a group dinner, or a special stop during a business or leisure trip, especially if attentive menu guidance and a distinctive setting are priorities. Plan around the evening-only schedule, and check current hours and menu details directly before heading over. The combination of a well-reviewed dining experience, striking design, and varied guest feedback gives prospective diners a practical picture of what to expect.

Had a chance to have dinner here during a recent business trip to Vegas. It’s a beautiful restaurant with sakura flowers adorning it throughout. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful as he navigated us through the menu. I was with two others so we had a chance to sample a in the selection of their menu, including the tempura, green beans, edamame hummus, sushi rolls and nigiri, octopus, mushrooms and beet fried rice. Yes you heard that right. Beet fried rice which was incredible. Everything we was delicious at the top of the night off we enjoyed a couple of their desserts. I’m not a huge dessert, person myself, but these were nice. I’d probably skip it the next time I come back to have more sake instead. :-) Eating in Vegas can be a little expensive, especially in the resorts, but this was worth the visit. Checked them out the next time you’re in town. 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼

We Loved our dining experience at Fuhu. In all honesty , We dined here because we couldn't swing in a booking at Nobu but I must admit that turned out to be a blessing in disguise ! Its a beautiful restaurant located right of the Zouk Night club in resort club. Our server - Surabhi was friendly and courteous and made some v good recommendations. Miso Cod Tacos : Must order ! They were very good. Melt in the mouth Miso and v good flavors ! Lucky 8 Basket of dumplings : It was good. Looked beautiful and tasted good as well. Signature Fried Rice : Very good. The red color on this dish comes as they treat it with Beet Juice. Signature Lo Mein : Packed with flavor - we loved it ! Heart of Fire : Special mention to this Mezcal based drink - This was a banger ! Loved it. Overall , Fuhu hit it out of the park and made for a memorable dining experience !

The aesthetics and overall vibe of this spot are chic, energetic, and completely immersive. The service was fantastic from start to finish, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. They have some summer cocktails that were amazing!

Worst meal in Vegas - don't trust the 4.5 stars. Save money and hit the pizza shop across the hall. Appetizers came out with the meal, which took 45 minutes, and there was only one other table in the restaurant. Fried chicken lacked any actual chicken and was just batter. Some of the courses tasted good, but overall the service was worse than the fried chicken.

The aesthetic is really amazing. From the entry point to the pool out back to the Japanese cherry blossoms. It just feels like luxury. These service was amazing and the attention to detail was immaculate. Our server Chris took very good care of us and was knowledgeable about the menu. The only thing that kinda through me off was the fried rice was bright red, I’m assuming because we went for Valentine’s Day. Still tasted great, just different. The offered comp champagne for the holiday. The crispy duck was top tier. I’d recommend that and the Green Gold cocktail.
