I’ve been coming here for a few years and have always had a great experience, which is why today’s visit was disappointing. I had a 60-minute foot massage today. During the appointment, my massage therapist got up multiple times and went to the back. I’m not sure what she was doing, but when she returned, she smelled strongly of food. There were also frequent sighs and heavy breathing throughout the massage, which became distracting and took away from the relaxing experience. The most disappointing part was when it was time to pay. As I was taking out my money, she asked me to tip her $10 and told me to pay $70 so that she could receive the tip. I was caught off guard because I hadn’t even had the opportunity to decide on a tip myself. I always tip when I receive great service, but unfortunately, I did not feel that the service today warranted a larger tip. I also did not appreciate the attitude at checkout, including the rudeness and eye-rolling while I was paying. I believe tipping should be based on the quality of service and left to the customer’s discretion. Today’s visit was not up to the standard I’ve come to expect.
“From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, and the staff treated me with respect and kindness. The massage itself was exactly what I needed—very relaxing and helped relieve a lot of tension. You can tell they care about their clients.
Very nice, beautiful shop, they are so professional, they provide disinfection measures, because a friend recommended me to come here for massage, so rest assured, the room is very clean, highly recommended, you don’t have to worry about the virus, and can relieve work fatigue And relax, I love them
Got amazing deep tissue massage by Lucky, she was very professional and her technique and stretching was amazing. The place itself was clean, sheath is clean too and door nobs were covered by disposable plastic wrap as protection against …
Used to be my go to place for a cheap massage. They raised the price to 80 an hour and it’s simply not worth it. Way more better options for $80. None of their new employees speak English. They must have a high employee turnover because I can never get the masseuse i request.
