MONEY HUNGRY AND MONEY GRABBING 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Fulshear Family Medicine. Before scheduling my appointment, I specifically called to confirm the amount I would owe, and I was clearly told it would be $118 based on my insurance. However, after my visit, the office suddenly demanded a much higher payment amount which I paid after even speaking to the office manager After my insurance processed the claim, it was confirmed that I was actually owed a $99 refund. The problem is that no one from the office ever contacted me about it. I had to discover this myself and repeatedly follow up. It has now been over 2 months, and I still have not received my refund. Every time I call, I either get transferred around, hung up on, or told someone will call me back. I have spent unnecessary time chasing money that should have been returned promptly. What is most frustrating is the lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability from the office staff and billing process. Patients should not have to fight this hard for a simple refund that the office already acknowledged is owed. I hope management takes this seriously and improves how they handle billing errors and patient communication.
