Fusion Bistro Asian Restaurant

Fusion Bistro is hands down one of the best Asian cuisine spots around! The portions are huge, you definitely get your money’s worth! The menu has an incredible amount of options. No matter what you’re in the mood for, they’ve got something for you. Every dish I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. You can tell they really care about the quality of their food. What really makes the place stand out though is the service. The servers, Hun and Bill, are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience, and they’re the kind of people you actually remember after you leave. Great food, great portions, and great people. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again.

This place is the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. Little hole in the wall but HUGE WHOLESOME flavors! I couldn’t believe the variety of foods so we ordered wings kids meal tapioca noodle soup and seafood boil. Everything was delicious and impressive. The server there Tiffany is such a sweetheart and perfect face for the company. I’ll be back with my entire family!

Fusion Bistro in University Place gets five stars all day long. I leave a lot of reviews, but this one was one of my favorites to write. The whole family loved their meal. Two of my kids always order pho and usually never finish it, but this time they ate every last bit. Everyone left full and happy. The staff were incredibly friendly and made the whole experience even better. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re seriously missing out. I honestly don’t know how there isn’t a line out the door. Great food, great service, and very affordable. Highly recommend.

01/17/2026 We met up for my mother's birthday lunch today. I picked this spot because its in a good location, right next to one of my favorite shops (mystic sanctuary), and was a newly opened place. We were offered beverages upon sitting down, she recommended tea so that's what we all had. Unfortunately the tea came rather cold because the cups and pots were probably cold from the atmosphere. I'd recommend charging them with hot water before brewing the tea in them. I got the oxtail pho, it was delicious. The ox was tender and the broth was perfect, no need to add anything else. The bowls came with the traditional bean sprouts, lime and jalapenos, which were all very fresh. Two others got the Pho Ga (chicken) they said it was good and my partner got the Grilled Shrimp Noodle Bowl. The shrimp looks a little over cooked but she ate the whole thing so it must have been good! All in all, other than it being really cold and we were the only ones in there, I would come back. I would even order the same thing.

I love the Singapore noodles and the spicy beef soup .. the place is nice but too quiet, maybe if they improve the exterior of the restaurant, they will be popular, cause they have good food and portion is good
