Future Auto Care is listed on FindALoco in Fremont, CA with address, phone, website, hours, and map location. Common services and related keywords include Auto Repair Shop.

Future Auto Care is an auto repair shop serving drivers in Fremont, California, from its location at 37199 Moraine St, Fremont, CA 94536. For local drivers looking for auto repair in Fremont, the shop provides a weekday-and-Saturday option for bringing vehicle concerns to the staff. Its listed hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Saturday, with Sunday closed. The business has a 4.2 rating based on 309 reviews, giving prospective customers a substantial set of shared experiences to consider alongside their own vehicle's needs and service questions. The Moraine Street address is also a useful point of reference for motorists in Fremont and nearby neighborhoods.

Reviewers frequently describe the qualities they value: clear explanations about a vehicle's condition, an outline of recommended work, and a professional, reliable manner. Some customers specifically appreciate being able to ask questions without pressure for unneeded repairs, while others mention helpful and polite staff, quick turnaround, competitive pricing, or a complimentary inspection. These comments suggest an experience centered on discussing the work before it is performed. Individual experiences vary, and the available reviews also include concerns, so this feedback is best read as useful context rather than a guarantee of a particular outcome.

Customer feedback also points to brake-pad replacement and oil changes as services people have sought at Future Auto Care. Some reviews discuss Groupon-related pricing and appointments, including concerns about how promotional pricing, quotes, or timing were handled. That feedback makes it especially useful for customers using a promotion, returning for a prior offer, or comparing estimates to confirm eligibility, the total price, and appointment details in advance. Asking what a quoted service includes and whether further inspection may affect the recommendation can help Fremont drivers make an informed choice. Direct confirmation is particularly relevant when a visit involves an advertised or promotional price.

The Fremont location can suit drivers who want an auto repair shop close to home or work and who prefer to talk through maintenance or repair needs with staff. It may be a fit for people scheduling a routine oil change, looking into brake service, or seeking an assessment before deciding on next steps. Future Auto Care operates Monday through Saturday at its Moraine Street address, offering six days for planning a visit. For the most accurate availability, service scope, and current pricing, contact the shop directly before arriving, particularly when an appointment or promotional offer is involved.

Future Auto in Fremont is exactly what you hope to find in an auto mechanic shop: honest, transparent, professional, and reliable. They take the time to explain what is going on with your car, clearly outline what needs to be done, and never make you feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. The pricing is fair and clearly communicated, the work is done with care, and the team stands behind the quality of their service. I really appreciate that they are upfront about timelines, parts, and repair options, which makes the whole experience much less stressful. It is hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but Future Auto has earned that trust. They treat customers with respect, communicate well, and make sure the job is done right. I highly recommend Future Auto in Fremont to anyone looking for a dependable, honest, and customer-focused mechanic shop.

Bought Groupon for brake pad replacement. Made a 1:30 appointment. They confirmed appointment. 2:30 they went out and took a quick look at my brakes and then came back with the quote for 600. That quote included the brake pad replacement that I already had a Groupon for. $600 is an insane quote for rotor and brake pad replacement, they demanded to replace both rotors even though only one rotor had metal on metal grinding. They also refused to do the brake pad replacement at all because I didn't have money to replace rotors at the time. The groupon was utterly useless and wasted my time, effort and money as it takes 5-10 days for Groupon refunds. The front desk staff acted scammy, foot-in-door jacking, and forcing me to wait for an hour when I made an appointment and they confirmed the appointment schedule via text. Considering they charge $100+ an hour for labor, you figure they'd respect your time enough to not make you wait for an hour, wasting $100 of my time for no reason.

Very disappointed with the owner’s attitude and lack of customer value. The staff, however, was polite and helpful. Yesterday, I spoke with Carlos, who confirmed the oil change price through Groupon and asked me to come by at 10 AM. Although I didn’t arrive exactly at that time, there was no mention that the appointment would be completely invalid. When I went in, the owner was rude and said I didn’t have a “proper appointment” and refused to honor the agreed Groupon price. He clearly stated they would not do the service at that amount and denied service altogether. This was extremely unprofessional. The biggest issue is poor internal communication. If one staff member confirms pricing and timing, the owner should stand by it. Customers should not be treated disrespectfully because of staff miscommunication. Overall, very bad experience due to the owner’s behavior, even though the staff like Carlos was good. Owner or manager I don’t know but he should learn how to behave with customers!!!

I wouldn’t trust any other mechanic shops. Quality work, unbeatable prices and the most important thing the quick turnaround. I got quoted $300 less for a job by a near by mechanic, then Sean even offered a free inspection.

I had a terrible and shocking experience with Future Auto Care. In the past, I used a Groupon here and was told by their staff that returning customers should call directly and they would honor the same price. Based on that, I called on 1/13 in the evening just to confirm the price for a simple oil change. The person who answered the phone was unbelievably rude and aggressive. He told me, “We are not Groupon and we don’t honor the price. Go to Groupon and ask them to service your car.” When I told him he didn’t need to be rude and could speak respectfully, he slammed the phone down on me. This is not how you talk to customers — especially someone who has used your business before. Even if policies have changed, basic courtesy costs nothing. If this is how they treat people just for asking a question, I can’t imagine trusting them with my car. Take your business elsewhere.
