I have never been so disgusted of hobby lobby to the point I had my own father, my creator drive me 2 hours to a small little store that has more goods at a better price. I stare at Hobby Lobby disappointed and anger knowing that they ask for more of my on wealth just for plastic that I can build from scraps. Dear G&G model shop, I am dearly grateful for these findings you have in your store, lord bless you for this and hope for this business to succeed further more.
This place is a gold mine! I went in to ask for some tips and stuff I’d like to purchase as a beginner.. My wife just got me my first model and I went just to see what paints and tools they recommend me getting before starting. The lady (I don’t remember her name) was so friendly and helpful explaining everything I needed and why! She didn’t try to sell everything she could.. she sold me only what I really needed to start with a good base :) customer service was 15/10 ! I felt treated like a friend rather than just a customer. Will definitely come back !
What an amazing little place and great friendly Service. yes, you can buy the stuff on Amazon but supporting these places is what keeps them around . Will only shop here from now on !
While the models here are great, the customer service could be improved. Customers making purchases are directed to use the restroom at Times Barber Shop instead of being accommodated on-site. At our shop, we believe in welcoming everyone with open arms —and an open restroom— whenever our community needs it!
Upon entering the premises to conduct a sale, I encountered a lowball offer. The owners expressed concerns about the financial obligations of paying for bills and employees, which deterred them from making a purchase. Subsequently, they proposed a compromise, offering me a retail position but at a significantly reduced compensation. Had I simply declined their offer, both parties would have saved valuable time and effort. Despite the challenging circumstances, the shop itself was quite charming.
