Great experience getting a four-wheel alignment on my Volvo. I called later in the day and they were able to fit me in within about 15 minutes. The service was fast and professional I was in and out in around 30 minutes. Pleasant staff, great work, and an A+ company overall. Highly recommend.
The Staff at Galaxy are absolutely amazing. VERY accommodating, professional, and fix your vehicle the correct way, the first time. They are very communicative, do not try to "upsell" the customer, instead, they make recommendations to upcoming needed maintenance and repairs. The technicians are very knowledgeable, and once again, the office staff, and Owner are great, on site, and ready to answer any questions the customer has. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone in need of automotive repair that is priced fairly, repaired with integrity, and correctly. I've been in this business over 30 years, and THIS is the facility I would want to be if I were still in the shop environment!
I took my to have a service done. And the mechanic that worked on my vehicle took my charging brick among other thingsthat was taken. That I use to charge my phone, I did notice it was gone until I was about to charge my phone. So now I have to purchase another one all because someone has sticky fingers.
I needed a quick repair on my brake line and they were able to get it taken care within the hour. The fact that they squeezed me in spite of how busy they were was very cool of them. Thank you guys!
I came in with a relatively simple issue, I had a broken wheel stud. I was quoted $150 +$120 per hour it would take to resolve. I was able to replace the part for only $70 and it took me, a novice, about 4 hours to fully replace all 5 studs and the brake drum. This place is a scam and I would not recommend going here unless you have money to blow. Just do it yourself or find a more honest business.
