My massage here was amazing. I was in so much pain and my therapist really worked out the tension and I left feeling a little relief compared to how I came. I'll definitely return. She was very nice.

I had a terrible experience trying to do a walk-in at this establishment. The lady at the front desk told me she couldn't take me because she was expecting a couple with an appointment. She asked me to come back later. Just as I was about to leave, a guy walked in without an appointment, and she immediately escorted him to the back, laughing and whispering with him. This was the worst behavior I've ever experienced. I was blatantly denied service while someone else without an appointment was accommodated right in front of me. I hope no one else ever has to go through such disrespectful and unfair treatment. Avoid this place at all costs.

I felt uncomfortable with my experience. Halfway through the massage, they changed people.. mind you, they opened the door with my sheet uncovered. They also kept me uncovered for like a majority of the time, and maybe that is how it was supposed to be. But when I have gotten a massage in the past, they at least use the blanket or towel to cover your bottom half 😳 They also charged me a ridiculous amount for "credit card fees" and urged me to leave a tip (in a separate transaction) at the end. Just overall, not the experience I'd want for my massage.

If your looking for the best massage you have ever had, this is the place. I live 65 miles from this shop and go atleast twice a month. Always the same great experience.
