I got my eyebrows redone a few months ago, by Gem beauty. I’m not sure what her real name is. During the service we were talking just everything was going well, and then when the service ended, I noticed that there was some strokes that were not placed correctly. I asked her about it and she told me that I apparently moved, but I don’t remember moving or flinching during my appointment. I’ve had this done before, so I knew how the pain was going to be. She told me that once it’s healed and if it still doesn’t look right that she will fix it for me. I’ve messaged her a few times and I’ve even called her and she’s never responded. I’ve sent her pictures of how my eyebrow looks and you can clearly see that it just does not look correct. I’m upset that she hasn’t reached out or won’t reply back to my messages about fixing it because she said she knows how to remove the error. Honestly, horrible service her pictures are not what they seem to be. You can see in the picture that those strokes that Under my eyebrow were not even aligned with the rest Of my eye eyebrow.

I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience here. My eyebrows are very uneven and when I asked for them to be fixed, the owner made all sorts of excuses. Thankfully, I have met a friend through another friend who saw how bad they were and offered to fix them… for free! This truly how bad they were. I highly recommend NOT going here. I have been noticing that recent reviews are stating the same so it seems like unfortunately, Quynh has lost her touch.

I came in fully expecting to get nano brows, but after evaluating my skin type, she let me know that nano would fade quickly on oily skin and I probably wouldn’t be happy with the long-term results. She suggested ombré brows instead. Even though I hadn’t researched ombré beforehand and was hesitant, she took the time to explain why it was the better choice and walked me through the whole process. I trusted her judgment, and I’m so glad I did bc my brows look amazing. I really appreciate her honesty, skill, and professionalism.

This isn’t my first permanent makeup experience but it will definitely be my last. I received combo brows and they were fairly even and took well, we just needed to make a few touch ups. I came for my touch up and left with completely different brows than I first had and they were not what I wanted at all. She added extra strokes to areas I did not specify and they are very clearly crooked. One sits higher than the other and they also have different arches, beginnings and tails. I have had people ask me what I have done to my brows so it is not just something that you notice on yourself. I am very disappointed and have started the expensive removal process which can take up to 3 times and does not guarantee that all of the pigment will come out. I have messaged the owner several times and she has been very rude and made all sorts of excuses and has lied to my face. I have sent recent pictures and was told “every rows are meant to be sisters, not twins”. They don’t even look remotely alike. I am not impressed and I would definitely look elsewhere for Microblading. There are so many other places, please don’t make the same expensive mistake that I made. I never write reviews but if this helps even one person, it was worth it!

Quynh is the best instructor out there!. I just finished microblading and Ombre powder brows classes with her. I learned so much in her private class. She really takes her time explaining every little thing you'd need to know. For ex: sanitation, color theory, all the supplies needed and where to get them. She even includes a kit in the course filled with everything you'll need when you start. If you're ever looking for training in the permanent makeup field, her classes are worth every penny! I loved the training so much, even after the training she promptly responded to all my questions with details, she is knowledgeable, well experienced and she has high standard of hygiene. She is very sweet, generous and supportive. Services: Microblading, Ombre, Lip blush and eyeliner.
