Sign in to reviewSo sad that Dr. Chen retired, this please used to be the best when Dr. Chen was on charge. I was their patience for about 25 years, I used to take my family there. After the new company took over: Iheart, I was not too happy with their services but I gave the benefit of doubt, then, on 09/09/2024 I had an appointment, a few days before my appointment I even received the text notification however; when I arrived; no one was there at the office, door was locked, parking lot was empty. I called Iheart while I was outside their office, however; no one answered the phone, nor I was able to leave a voice message. I waited my time.
After three years of not going to the dentist because I was traumatized by Western dental in Chino, I am so happy that I found this place, because not only are they extremely nice, but they saw how nervous I was and they were super gentle with me and so sweet and so kind I would refer this place to anyone who’s nervous or scared and I definitely know I need a lot of work done on my teeth but these people really care. I would recommend them to my best friend or family member for sure !
Dr Carl Chen is skilled, precise, patient and very friendly. Assistant and counter are all very helpful and friendly.
