I’ve been coming to this Gentle Dental for a few years now, and have seen about 4 hygienists over the years, with varying levels of care, and Juliette is easily the best one I’ve had here (These 5 stars are for her!). She was incredibly thorough with the cleaning and scaling, explained what she was seeing with my gums and teeth, and did a laser gum treatment while walking me through everything. You can tell she genuinely cares about dental health and making sure her patients are taken care of. She's also currently the only hygienist in the office, which made me respect the work she’s doing even more. As she still took her time making sure my teeth were spotless and didn’t rush my cleaning at all, all while we were having good conversation! I'm extremely grateful for the level of care she gives and would come back just for her!
I had a great experience at Gentle Dental. Jackie was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She goes above and beyond when it comes to following up and confirming appointments, making everything smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Her communication and customer service really stood out and made the experience even better. Highly recommend this office, especially because of Jackie!

Julliette is the best hygienist I’ve ever had. Someone who truly enjoys her profession. Thank you for always making me feel comfortable during my visits. Jackie & Gen were also very kind and helpful. They are the type of people you’d want to be greeted by when entering a business.
Front Desk, Jackie is the best! She is so welcoming, has a great smile and laugh, and is very knowledgeable of office processes. For example, when the dentist gave me a blank specialist referral, one front desk lady told me to look up doctors in network. She did not help. I called and called places for in network MediCAl but had no luck. The next time, I was at the dentist, I told Jackie I needed to find a specialist in network, and without even asking for help, she recommended a place, printed out their contact information and I was able to schedule my appointment. She was SO helpful! Dental Hygienist, Juliette, is also the best! She is Very kind, clean, precise, with no drownings, chocking, or splashes. She gives the most pleasant dental cleanings. My bib stayed clean! I am going to ask her each time. 4 out of 5 stars because other front desk lady is not so friendly.
