Sign in to reviewIt was my first time going to gentle dental. For me. The experience was great. They were all really nice and throughout the whole thing they explained every step including options for payment. And throughout the whole process where I needed a tooth to be extracted. I didn't feel a thing so I was actually happy to be leaving pain-free. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back.
My 3 kids have been seen at Gentle Dental since they were babies. 8 years later and I never get any complaints about coming to the dentist. Everyone is so pleasant. From the front desk to the dental assistants and the Dr. when we have an emergency they do their best to get us in as soon as possible. 10/10 recommend.
Always been helpful, honest, and upfront with me about every service. Started with their Invisalign braces, then had a tooth removed, a bone graft, and now awaiting a new tooth to be put in. They’ve always explained everything and are usually very prompt after arriving. I’m really happy with the work so far as well.
Great staff. Knowledgeable of insurance and Continuity of care. Hate the scheduling part. Not the staff because they can only work with what they have and do what theyve been trained on. So, I needed a New patient and was scheduled in a follow up spot. Got a call the night before and was asked to change to later. Couldn't do it since scheduling a ride can sometimes be days or weeks to get. Then I get called in to a sooner appointment and got that done but my other appointments aren't cancelled. So now I wonder what was done at the appointments that I had--that were supposed to be what I now see on my calendar. So check your appointments, get persons name you scheduled with and verify a week or so before you go in. If that doesn't work the girl at the front should be able to help and that's a live person that works in the office and has knowledge of how the docs see patients. Training and constant meets with your scheduling dept should be priority since they are the ones that are constantly bringing and talking to patients.
I've been going here for more than a decade. They do a really great job consistently cleaning. I have tried other dentists, but I don’t trust anyone except for them to be honest.
