Sign in to reviewI would like to express my disappointment regarding our experience with the appointment scheduling process. In the middle of March, I called to make appointments for my whole family. I specifically requested an emergency appointment for my daughter, and Ms. Rachelle assisted us with that request. She asked us to complete the forms, which were sent through email for my whole family. She also informed me over the phone, and told my husband as well, that she would call us back to schedule our appointments. However, we never received any follow-up call. Today, when I called to check on the status, Ms. Rachelle informed me that starting in May, their office would no longer accept HMO insurance. I told her that this information could have been communicated to us earlier, especially since we had already completed all the required forms and had been waiting for the appointments. I was disappointed when she responded that I should have followed up myself. We trusted that we would be contacted as promised, so we waited for nothing. I do not believe this was simply a miscommunication, as the expectations were clearly discussed with both me and my husband. I hope this matter can be reviewed so that other families do not experience the same frustration and inconvenience.
