German Car Service

German Car Service is an auto repair shop in Scottsdale, Arizona, serving drivers who want knowledgeable care for German vehicles, including Mercedes-Benz and BMW. Located at 2608 N Scottsdale Rd, the shop has earned a 4.7-star rating from 126 customer reviews. Customers describe returning for help keeping their family’s Mercedes vehicles in good condition, including both a 2011 ML Diesel and a 2017 CLS550. That experience points to a shop familiar with a range of Mercedes models and ages, from newer cars to older vehicles that still need attentive, practical maintenance.

Customers mention Service A and Service B maintenance for a Mercedes, and several say they chose German Car Service after comparing dealership estimates. One reviewer reported that the shop’s estimate for a 2020 GTC Roadster service was at least half the prices quoted by three Mercedes dealerships. Other customers describe the pricing as reasonable or fair. These are individual experiences rather than a guarantee of what any particular repair will cost, but they give prospective customers useful context when comparing options. Drivers can contact the shop to discuss their vehicle and the work it needs before deciding how to proceed.

Knowledge and clear communication are recurring themes in customer feedback. Reviewers praise Mike and the crew for knowing what to look for on Mercedes vehicles, and one customer says the team solved problems that previous mechanics in Los Angeles had not resolved. Customers also value having questions answered and receiving helpful advice. For people who are careful about who works on their car, this kind of reported attention may make the shop worth considering. Reviews also mention accommodating tight schedules and, in one case, helping a new customer around New Year’s when the business was technically closed. Availability may vary, so it is sensible to call ahead.

German Car Service may suit Mercedes owners seeking routine service, drivers with an ongoing maintenance relationship, and BMW owners looking for a local repair option. The reviews describe a friendly, personal experience, with one new customer saying the team treated them like family. There is no need to assume every visit will be the same; the shop’s published customer feedback offers specific examples of fair pricing, attentive service, and help with vehicle problems. The business is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and closed Saturday and Sunday. Visit or call the Scottsdale shop to ask about scheduling and the right next step for your car.
