Sign in to reviewThis is a great store, the only problem is due to the extremely strong scents coming from something in the store I can only be in there for about 2 minutes. I don’t have asthma or anything, but whatever the scent is it is horribly strong! When I have asked about it they say it’s from the sun hitting it. I wish the items whatever is were moved to another location in the store so everyone would have the opportunity to shop there. Another lady was complaining about it today, saying it was so strong she could taste it. It’s awful.
My friend and I visited this location today, which is a long drive from home and when we walked in, there were 2 employees there who did not even greet us nor ask if we needed any help. One was literally standing a few feet from us as we walked in. We shopped for 30 minutes and they still did not acknowledge us. They were finally friendly when we checked out. If we didn't like the product so much we never would have purchased anything from this store due to their lack of friendliness. It was very uncomfortable. I normally shop at Trudy's Hallmark on Eldridge and Briar Forest where they are extremely friendly. I just wanted to try a different Hallmark but I definitely will not change from Trudy's to Karen's.
The lady was so kind to my Autitic son about a Lionel Crane ornament that he is still talking about her. Will definitely go back to this location

I purchased a Fortieth birthday card for our son here. This store used to be called Karen's Hallmark. I am not sure why this store changed its name.
