You can tell they know Disney inside and out, and that expertise made the planning feel effortless and even more exciting. It felt like having someone in your corner the entire time, which made a huge difference. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a Disney trip or something special, and I’ll definitely be using them again!
Working with a Glass Slipper Concierge advisor was one of the best decisions our family made. Even with how complicated Disney planning has become, I was able to truly relax and enjoy our vacation together. Our VIP Tour was so thoughtfully planned, from starting with Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway to ending the night watching the Happily Ever After fireworks from our VIP viewing area. Every part of the trip felt carefully curated for our family, and it made the entire experience feel so special. She even scheduled a resort day in the middle of the week so we could slow down and enjoy all the wonderful amenities at our Deluxe Resort. We will absolutely be back, and when we do, Glass Slipper Concierge will be our very first call.
Ashleigh was our travel agent for our Disneyland and Universal Hollywood trip and she was phenomenal. She helped us with every step of the process, thought of things we didn’t and went the extra mile to help us. She sent us suggested packing lists, tips and tricks, and was on call for us our entire trip. She didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t need and gave honest feedback on how to best spend our time. I 100% would recommend her and cannot wait to book another trip with her!

If you are a busy professional and are looking for concierge-style travel planning this is the agency you want to use. Our agent understands our family needs and proactively recommends options for us based on our likes and dislikes. Her custom itineraries have never failed to delight our crew and help us make memories to last a lifetime!
We used glass slipper in 2024 and had an excellent experience. But they have changed for the worse. If you qualify for Disney’s military salute, like I do, they do not understand how to take advantage of this. Plus the two agents I dealt with did not seem to listen to my specific requests. They came up with recommendations that went counter to my requests. And if you want one of their top agents you have to pay $350. That was not the case when I used them in 2024 I give them two stars only because of the wonderful experience they gave me in 2024. Unfortunately that agent has left them, wonder why.
